Financing: P3 – Facilitated by Infrastructure Ontario, this contract is for the Ottawa Hospital ($61.4 million) and the Queensway Carleton Hospital ($66.3 million).

Status: The Ottawa Hospital is scheduled for completion in early 2011, while the Queensway Carleton Hospital was completed in fall 2009.

Project Details: The project will include renovations and expansion of the existing cancer centre at the Ottawa Hospital’s General Campus and the addition of a new satellite cancer centre and parking structure at the Queensway Carleton Hospital. A three-storey vertical addition for research labs at the Ottawa Hospital was added to the plans later.
