Project Details: The Newfoundland & Labrador Department of Transportation and Works is carrying out a five-year program to upgrade 530 kilometres of the Trans Labrador Highway between Happy Valley – Goose Bay and Wabush. This highway runs through isolated, rugged, and sparsely populated terrain in Labrador.
