Credit facilities have also been obtained for the duration of the construction.

Description:
The MUHC’s new Glen Campus, under construction is targeting LEED Silver. It includes the Montreal Children’s Hospital, the Royal Victoria Hospital, the Montreal Chest Institute, the Research Institute of the MUHC, and a Cancer Centre. The Glen Campus is part of the MUHC’s $2.25-billion redevelopment, which also includes the Lachine and Mountain campuses. Lachine and Mountain will be built through public financing methods and are currently being planned. Completion is scheduled for 2014.
