The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) has completed the first phase of its 10 year redevelopment plan. The facility, located in Toronto’s west end, includes the construction of three new buildings on the property at a cost of $293 million.
The project was arranged through a public-private partnership as a design-build-finance-maintain contract with Carillion Health Solutions. The three new buildings include the CAMG Gateway Building, Intergenerational Wellness Centre, and the Utilities and Parking Building. The project ranked 93 on the 2012 edition of the Top 100 Projects publication.
