The new 72,000-square-metre facility, which is targeting LEED-Gold certification, will include both general office space and special purpose space, as well as employee amenities such as cafeteria and gym, and a substantial outdoor landscaped area. All tradesmen and contractors are closely screened, and a CSEC security team is overseeing the security aspects of the project.

Currently under construction, completion is scheduled for 2014.
