Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario (IO) announced that ONxpress Transportation Partners was identified as the first negotiations proponent and EnTransit was identified as the second negotiations proponent to design, build, operate and maintain the GO Rail Expansion – On-Corridor Works project.
